Told customer it was her fault she is too stupid to own a computer

Technical issue not fixed / ownership not taken
Issue was not resolved because because I couldn'tbe fucking bothered listening toanymore
The customer was not happy with the fact that I called her a bitch
Explained that she was a bitch and thati knew where she lived, customer not happy to close call, demanded supervisor; told her too fuck off or I'd burn herhouse and her kids.
Customer started crying!
I laughed for5 minutes then invited colleagues and management to listen in as customer snivelled and cried about company and getting the police.
Told her to ahead
We areabove the law and that she is a nothing little piece of shit and she should be thankful we even had time for her call in the first place.
11 Days
Well apparently its been 11 days since I last posted here. Thats actually quite a long time. How many hours anyone? Maths was not my good subject though I did pass it! So its raining outside, cold and it's April isn't the weather supposed to get better? Was snowing not that long ago. Been using the money that I get from working to buy things, things like a new blue jumper to replace the other one that I still have but don't wear so often as it has a hole in it. Also an 1gb Mp3 player just the other day its so cool, its got a radio and voice recording on it. I like it and its all small and tiny and white and fits neatly in my pocket..
Callers falling too, yesterday was dead and there is an easy enough way of getting rid of the callers. One guy down the back, he cleared the whole q he did. "Hello and.." release! That was as I was leaving, but think he had done it during the day as well as at one point there were 10 callers qing and then they just disappered! Funny but if big brother finds out he is fucked! Fucked I tells you! Or maybe not, as we get paid by the call all them customers have to ring back so we make from it that way! Throw in the fact that big brother is less observant at the weekends and you might just get away with it.. Interesting to keep an eye on.
They are apparently looking for people to be library assistants in Dublin City Council so I is going to apply for one of them jobs. Get me outta the low paying call center. Not that its that bad, just is not something to stick at long term, espically since they are not offering transfers to India at the moment.. they once did it with full Irish rates of pay which would be so sweet, live like a king.. Heehhehehehe!
